The 3 most common grades are Industrial-, Basic- and High-Grade.

INDUSTRIAL grade finish – typically without welding or material certificates, typically non-food:
Non polished, painted mild steel or Non polished stainless steel

Hygienic BASIC dairy grade finish – typically with material certificates:
Weldings polished, 2B surface non-polished, stainless steel, pickled & passivated
Outer finish non-polished, pickled & passivated

Hygienic HIGH GRADE dairy finish – typically with material certificates:
Weldings polished, 2B surface non-polished, stainless steel, pickled & passivated
Extra high grade execution and finish on all components in contact with product
Outer finish non-polished, pickled & passivated

Optionals:
Glass-blasting / glass-peening.
Outer weldings polished.
Full contact surface polishing.
Electropolishing.
ViwaTeq® surface treatment.
Welding and welders certificates.
NDT / VT / WPQR / WPQS / RT and other certificates.
Riboflavin tests can be done on smaller units only.
