Electrical ViFlex^TM Vibrator

For some applications our ViFlex^TM vibrator units may be recommended. The ViFlex^TM feature a vibrator technology with unique features like easy electronically adjustable amplitude by regular frequency converter. This is excellent for eg dosing tasks where different speed levels are required (bulk & dribble / coarse & fine dosing), or in other applications with requirement for adjustability or production finetuning. It further offers very limited sideways motions and is therefore safer to use when placed very close to the following machine in line. The nature of the vibrator includes instant stop and start, and also frequent stops and starts, why it is ideal for dosing and mixing applications. And then it is very silent in operation.

The VibraDrive^TM system further fits well with our general environment friendly and green company mindset, since it is energy saving by using far less than half the electrical power of traditional vibrators.
